Devon Rice is the first student body president of Utah Tech University. He’s spent his time at Utah Tech studying business marketing with a minor in digital design and an entrepreneurship certificate.
When outside the classroom, you can find Devon being involved in many student organizations, riding pit bikes, playing drums, or enjoying the best job ever as a mentor at TechieForLife. He’s been involved as an Ambassador, as UTSA’s Director of Social Events and Vice President of Student Life, a percussionist in the Symphonic and Jazz Bands, Journalist for the Library newsletter, T.I.E. Club Event Director, Student Fee Allocation Board Member, and now, Student Body President. Every position he has held was by invitation, so to any students reading this, let this be your invitation to get involved.
